As a Label STEP partner Mischioff demonstrates its commitment for fair trade with handmade carpets. Mischioff takes on responsibility for good working conditions, environmentally friendly production methods, fair purchasing prices ensuring fair wages and against abusive child labour.
These fair trade specifications apply to all Mischioff carpets. Independent inspectors regularly visit the workshops and take measures to ensure that fair conditions are maintained.
